About
What we're building, and who's building it.
ProSequence is a career companion platform in development, built to support people across their whole working life — choosing a direction, landing a job, handling what happens once they're in, and knowing when it's time to move. It is a software company founded in Toronto, Canada in 2026, and is unrelated to the biochemistry term of the same name.
Most career tools help with one moment: the job search. ProSequence is built for everything before it, everything after it, and the long stretches in between — the roles you outgrew, the patterns you couldn't see, the conversations you weren't sure how to have. The one thing these moments have in common is that they reward someone who remembers your whole story. That's what ProSequence is designed to be.
The team
ProSequence was co-founded by Chris Egwuogu and Inioluwa Bankole, based in Toronto. Chris leads product and technical systems. Inioluwa leads growth and user research.

Where we are
ProSequence is in development. We're building toward a founding cohort — a first group of people who help shape the product from the beginning. If that sounds useful to you, the waitlist is on the homepage.
